More Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic US Congress Members

Property layouts for Epstein's secluded tropical island among the photographs.

Additionally featured in this recent document release seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos indicate he had drawn up plans to transform the sprawling island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the bottom right.

This development map is marked up in notations in red and features a legend identifying distinct sections of the land.

Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for boat shelters.

Further materials released as part of the current oversight release.
